reservations and downpayments

  • we are very lenient with dops, just tell us at least three days before the dop

  • if buyer fails to settle the dop after one extension, transaction is automatically cancelled and the buyer won't be refunded

  • bogus buyers will be posted

  • the item won't be reserved to you unless you've already filled out the form sent to you

  • if buyers chose dop as their preferred mop, a downpayment of at least 30% must be paid for reservation

  • downpayments won't be refunded if buyer chose to cancel

shipping and packing of items

  • we don't collect packaging fees since we use recycled but sanitized materials

  • we ship as soon as the payment is completed

  • this rarely happens but please be patient with us if ever we're not available for shipping

  • once the product is picked up from us, we are no longer liable for your items

  • sco is not recommended because of its risks

  • cod is not offered for the items being sold

  • for incorrect or missing items please ready your unboxing video without pauses or cuts
